Update 0.3.0 - 3rd Zone prep

0.3.0: Staging for military and planetside updates.

    Features:

        Third zone, Frontline.

        Warp obelisk can be used to travel between zones.

    Changes:

        Scarabs now only reset storage when they themselves are moved.

    Bugfixes:

        Scrolling skills while scarabs are moving will no longer lose scarabs.  Still wonky, though.

        Menu button clings to bottom right.

    Version Updates:

        Records system for triggering events.
